The Best Way to Defeat Illness
We have all been ill at one time or another of our lives. We generally take being ill as an acceptable part of life. Who hasn’t had a cold or flu or in some cases it could be strep throat, pneumonia, or some other illness. Sure these are common to the average person in the world. What if I told you that there are people right amongst us that rarely if ever have even the slightest illness, they never had a cold in many many years (in some cases it could be decades), no flu, so sore throats, no sore anything! Would you believe them? Would you think that they were a freak of nature? Would you think that they are a lucky one in a million?
To answer these questions, I must say from my experience and knowledge that these people are special indeed but they are anything but lucky, anything but a one in a million. These people are living a life that is in agreement with the natural forces that we humans here on earth were born to live with. Most people have some basic understanding of history. Most of us were educated about the history of the country that we live in. We were educated in a few other historic facts as well, but most have not been educated in the history of man’s arrival to the earth.
Naturally the exact information about this is not really factual but it is based on scientific evidence. The best scientific evidence seems to describe the earliest man living in the equatorial parts of the planet. This must be the place where man started out because obviously there were no clothes, blankets or heaters to warm us. Humans basically had the skin on their backs and maybe a little more hair than we have now. This part of the world used to be very lush with rain forests and vegetation throughout.
There were trees growing everywhere with many wonderful fruits and greens of all kinds. These fruits were very plentiful and nutritious. There was practically no need to seek any other kind of food because these fruits suited man’s needs for all the nutrients that he needed as well as water as they were full of juice. In fact these fruits were very different from those we find today. They had the most nutrients possible from the soil that was untouched by anything except maybe a few animals.
The fruits we have today have been modified and cultivated for millions of years to be in the form that made the most profit for the sellers. All of the nutrients that the human body needed were available in the fruits of the equatorial region. This is probably what originally brought man to the earth. The abundance of sweet fresh juicy fruits containing all of the nutrients needed for a healthy existence was the initiator of man’s arrival. No matter what your beliefs are, if it was a creator or just some evolution from other species, it really doesn’t matter, man was put there to eat the wonderful fruits and certain other plants.
He obviously didn’t have any weapons to kill animals or even catch them. He didn’t have any way to cultivate grains nor to find tubers berried under the earth. All he had was two hands that were perfectly shaped and designed to pick and hold fruits. His eyes were designed to see the wonderful colors of the ripening fruits and he could tell when they were at their peak of ripeness. His slow legs and awkward body were not designed to chase down animals. His teeth were perfectly designed for the biting into of ripe fruits and masticating them until ready to swallow. They are not designed to kill animals nor to bite into any hard roots or other hard plants.
Fruit is the food that man’s digestive system is designed for. All of our body craves sweet fruits. Even children before their behavior is tarnished by adults will crave and desire sweet fresh ripe fruits. I often hear when I am in the grocery store, a woman with her young children. The children plead with her to buy them fruit, but she will always answer that the fruit is not in season or they are not ripe yet. They always will divert a child’s interest in the natural foods of man to other foods.
Most cultures do not see fruits as a meal. In few traditions do people eat fruit as a main course but when man first came to earth, this was his primary meal. In fact this was his basic food and probably only food except for a small amount of some green plants and maybe some nuts or seeds. People who try to go back to this kind of eating often find that they gain a lot of energy, stop the rapid aging process that grips most of us, regain their health, protect themselves from acquiring new illnesses and just improve their overall health.
If you ask most anyone in the world what is a healthy food, most will tell you that fruits and vegetables are healthy. Sure some will say milk, cheese, water, certain meats, even bread or cereals but the majority will tell you that fruits and vegetables are the best for health. This is sort of an instinct as these are the only foods that are derived directly from nature and we do not need to do anything to them in order to eat them.
The best foods to eat are the ones that require the least intervention by man. This is a known fact because our digestive system needs a lot more energy to digest something other than a raw fruit or certain vegetables. If the food is cooked or if it is made up of complex molecules then our body needs to break these molecules down into their most simple structures in order to use them to feed our body. fruits which are ripe and fresh already are broken down to their basic most simple structures. These are the fruit sugars and fibers.
Fruit sugar is either glucose or fructose (a few fruits contain sucrose) which can be absorbed directly into our blood for the use as fuel to our body’s cells. There is no overhead needed by the digestive system, this means that we get nearly 100% of the nutrients of the fruit for the use of the activities of our body and almost no nutrient is lost in breaking down the food. If a diet that is very high in fruits is used, most of the illnesses that man gets will virtually disappear. If a 100% fruit and vegetable diet is used the number of illnesses will virtually go to zero (at least a very low number).
